Almost impossible: It is almost impossible to diagnose adhd in 3-4 year olds as they are in developmental stages that include a lot of activity, low focus and poor ability to sustain attention. These are normal at this age. By age 5 if the child is in school and really having difficulty, there are some screenings that can be done in coordination with the teacher and doctor to see if problem. Make sure sleep is good.
