smoke free for 12 mo. as of easter 2014, what are my risks of stroke/heart attack at this point?

Would need screening: Hard to answer risk is mediated by family hx and other things like being male, having high BP and high cholesterol among others including smoking you could have a coronary calcium score (cat scan that measures calcium in your heart arteries) and a screening test that would look at your carotid arteries in your neck for starters. Good thing you stopped smoking !
