Back & abdomen one day with chest & arms the next. Repeat.You can design your sequence around your personal goals. Soreness is a guide for workouts & you should respect it, but you can push yourself to a pattern just short of making you sore

Yes: It's ok, especially if the soreness is just mild, but you don't want to push too hard and create a new injury. If the soreness is significant, you may want to switch up muscle groups (i.e. work on legs if your arms are sore).

Adequate protein intake. Hydration & after a hard workout, you need a day of rest 2 allow muscle recovery. Do cardio on the days in between
