how can i get pregnant if my tube won't pick the egg up and let it travel through the tube to get fertile? i don't want to do ivf but may have to :(

Please clarify: What do you mean specifically by "tube won't pick up egg"? This is not in any way a description of any common medical condition. Fallopian tubes do not pick up eggs.
