should i take my baby to the doctor if she has a cold?

It depends: If your baby is less than 3 months with a fever of 100.4 or greater, than yes. If your baby's cold is causing increased work of breathing, than yes. If your baby is having trouble keeping hydrated, than yes. Most "colds" involve a runny nose and cough which do not necessarily need a doctor's attention unless accompanied by other worrisome symptoms.
