See below: Agree with dr. Nelson. It is recommended you see your doctor about these issues. In the mean time try to improve your sleep hygiene. Regularize and consolidate your sleep, even on the weekends. Avoid bright lights, electronics, large meals, vigorous exercise, caffeine, and alcohol near bedtime. Keep a log of your sleep times. Minimize stressors. Use your bed only for sleeping. Hope that helps!
