Probably not: First, get checked at the hospital. They can check you and monitor the baby for a bit to make sure everything is ok. It probably is. Baby's sleep sometimes and get into position where they are not easily felt. Your pains are most likely be due to cartilage changes in the pelvic bones and not serious. But you must be checked - only way to make sure baby is ok.
