My left leg aches mostly at night. I have two toes that tingle. I also have little knots that move when you touch them. I take aleeve or ipburbin?

Neither: You need to be evaluated by a doctor. Tingling down the leg and into the foot could be a bulging disc of the spine or a pinched nerve. Let him/her decide whether antiinflammatories are all you need.
