Can get pregnant: Women with pcos are still able to get pregnant. Many of them have more difficulty getting pregnant because women with pcos do not ovulate as regularly. Weight loss can help, otherwise you will need to talk to your doctor. There are a number of medications available, your doctor will be able to determine was is best for your situation.
