blood vomiting. endoscopy showed no cancer, but stomach ulcer and esauphagus veins inflammation and possible liver problem. what could it be? 67 y/o

Could be cirrhosis : Your symptoms and tests are worrisome for cirrhosis of the liver. That can be very serious once these complications develop and you should be sure you are in the hands of a competent gastroenterologist for a firm diagnosis and treatment. If you are drinking alcohol, you should stop immediately.
