Yes: Pcos can occasionally ovulate and get unexpectedly pregnant or can have ovulation induction with meds.

Lose weight!: The only way without medication is significant weight loss. Some women with pcos get pregnancy anyway, so there's always a chance -- but therapy such as metformin has a much higher chance of safe successful pregnancy. Let your doctor help you - at your age, time is getting short.

How to get pregnant fast with pcos?

Have sex: That's the best way, but you may have fertility problems from the pcos> diet/exercise and weight loss will help, but take a long time. Metformin works faster, if you respond favorably. Talk w/your doctor.

A 28-year-old female asked:

How old is too old to get pregnant when you have pcos?

No specific age: Our fertility decreases as we age and pcos adds to decreased fertility but there is no specific age that is "too old". 35 years old is considered advanced maternal age because the incidence of chromosomal anomalies increases a lot more starting at that age. Still, most of the babies will be normal.

Wt loss may help: Pcos is often associated with obesity and Insulin resistance, all can negatively affect your chance of healthy pregnancy. If you are heavy and want to have a healthy, natural pregnancy, try to lose some wt first. It is not an easy task but if you put your mind to it, you can do it. Work with your doc/nutritionist, and possibly a trainer at your local gym can help! good luck.
A 34-year-old member asked:

Could you explain how to get pregnant with pcos?

Ovulation induction: Most women with pcos do not ovulate regularly. The expedient way to achieve conception is with ovulation inducing medication. Weight loss is also effective at restoring ovulation, as is surgical treatment of the ovaries. See you doctor for a discussion of your options.
