hard to poop. when poop comes out it comes out fine but when i close my hole it hurts really bad. internal hemorrhoid? if so what can i do to treat it

Fiber!: Constipation may have many causes, but is most often relieved with fiber smpplementation. There are many bran cereals (look at fiver content on label, choose cereal with high fiber content), can add raisins, eat daily, beans are high in fiber, or can choose supplement like metamucil to take daily. Drink lots of water, exercise. Often when you treat constipation, hemorrhoid sx improve.
