Many possible: Hi. Symptoms of untreated hypothyroidism can be many including: fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance (or tolerating hot weather better than those around you), constipation, lack of concentration/"mental fog", sleeping more, and others. Not one of the symptoms is specific for hypothyroidism. It's easy to get tested for hypothyroidism, and if you have it, it's easily & perfectly treated. Good luck
