Avoidance: To recover from air pollution, the best treatment is remove yourself from the offending pollutants. Depending on the severity, you may need otc antihistamines but more severe cases may need asthma inhalers to open up the air ways as well as inhaled or maybe even oral steroids to stop the inflammation.
