It's....: It's done via an inguinal incision, usually under microscope, to explore the spermatic cord so to identify, isolate, transect, and resect spermatic veins (2-5 variably), resulting in eliminating its dilation and pressure hoping to improve semen sperm quality for infertility and relieve its related pain.
