Yes: LASIK does treat astigmatism. Your doctor will evaluate you with an examination and some special pictures. They will let you know if you qualify for LASIK.

Astigmatism getting worse--not a candidate for lasik, what to do?

Astigmatism ; LASIK: If you are not a candidate for lasik, then i wonder whether your increasing astigmatism is caused by keratoconus. Corneal collagen cross linking is an effective treatment for keratoconus. Another reason for not being a candidate is that your prescription is too high or your cornea is too thin. Please seek a second opinion to see if other procedures are an option. Best of luck!
