Nocturnal asthma?: Respiratory symptoms are more pronounced at night due to the parasympathetic nervous system being active. Consider evaluate for nocturnal asthma and stepwise asthma treatment. Environment optimization change pillow cases 2/week, bedsheets 1/week, remove dust/rugs from bedroom, increase air circulation, fix a/c filters. Ask pediatrician to evaluate these important symptoms.
