It doesn't: Volume status is determined clinically by physical examination, not by numbers. Your list of symptoms and conditions is unfocused. These things don't add up to a coherent picture of anything. Lyme disease and fluid status have nothing to do with each other. Whoever is explaining these things to you isn't doing a good job, or else you're leaving out some salient information.
