Unsafe interactions: Dexedrine ; Lexapro can result in bad side effects with elevation of serotonin in your system. Dexedrine and xanax (alprazolam) have unclear interactions but they could be potentially dangerous as Dexedrine tends to decrease sedation while xanax (alprazolam) tends to increase sedation. Your doc may want to decide if this trio of drugs could be improved. Are you also receiving psychiatric attention to address adhd/anxiety?
