Safe to drink: Yes it is safe to drink alcohol in moderation as long as you do not have a medical contraindication like liver disease studies have shown that if you are male and drink 2 drinks a day, like 2glasses of wine, 2beers, or two shots of hard liqour, it is beneficial to your health as it raises yourhdl in women who are not pregnant or nursing 10 drinks a week is beneficial any more than that can be harmful.
