40 weeks pregnant heartburn, back pain and feel like i have to go #2 and nothing comes out. early labor?

Not yet necessarily: Just means that the size of the gravid uterus is pressing on the colon/abdominal content giving the urge to defecate. Also likely causing the back pain as well. Likely won't be long until you go into labor, based on gestation. Try to lay in the left lateral recumbent position, and follow up with your ob/gyn for further instructions.
