Acne treatment: It helps for acne treatment and decrease wrinkle appearance. You didn't mention what are you using it for. If it's for acne a course of antibiotics would help too.

Typically topicals : do not work. I recommend appointment with dermatologist for either electrodesiccation or laser treatments. And it can take multiple sessions
