Various: There are a great many things which can cause these symptoms, including blood pressure problems, thyroid problems, inner ear problems, low blood counts, and abnormalities of heart rate or rhythm. Many are harmless and resolve by themselves, but if your symptoms persist you need to be further evaluated.
