See your doctor: Non-healing wounds are a concern, depending on how long your are talking about. One needs to rule out poor wound healing conditions, such as infection, foreign body, decreased blood flow, etc. Worst case scenario, a non-healing wound can be due to an underlying squamous cell skin cancer. Your best bet is to have it evaluated by a physician to make sure there are none of these issues
