i have headache, body aches, chills, dizziness, diarrhea, dehydration, low fever symptoms, what do i have?

GI infection: Your symptoms sound like a viral infection of the intestinal tract. These usually run their course in a few days but dehydration can be a problem requiring IV fluid replacement. You should see your doctor to see if you need IV fluids and to be sure there is not a more serious type of infection present.
