i had a mole removed on my nose and my plastic surgeon used non absorbable stitches to internally close the wound. now they stick out. what do i do?

Go back: And see your plastic surgeon for an exam ; suture removal. Untreated the wound may become inflamed or the exposed sutures could become infected.
