is there anything i can take to help heal nagging strained muscles? i take glucosamine & have done pt for my hip flexor strain (1 of multiple strains)

Dr. Ronald Krauser
51 years experience Rheumatology
See details: First of all, glucosamine has no value for this issue. Secondly, why would a 28 year experience 'multiple strains.' something does not compute. Get another opinion with a rheumatologist or orthopedist.
