Easy: Proper diet without "junk" is all you can do. Perhaps a well rounded multivitamin would help. My experience is that good athletes in school are good students so exercise is very important.

Better concentration: All teenagers should be on a good multivitamin and may try a four week trial of omega 3 fish oil. Several good studies demonstrate it may improve focus, concentration and memory in some individuals.
