Pain: There are numerous possibilities including gall bladder, ulcer, pancreatitis ; with your shortness of breath, heart or lung issues as well. A thorough evaluation is needed to sort this out, including physical exam, cardiogram, blood tests ; scans. You'd best contact your doctor or go to nearest er, asap or sooner esp if symptoms are severe;some (not all) of the possibilities require urgent care.
