Possible Nerve Pinch: Sharp pain in the arm associated with numbness is often a symptom of a nerve pinch somewhere along the course of a nerve or nerves. Classically the nerve pinch itself does not cause nausea, but the consequential pain if significant enough can be associated with nausea. Such significant complaints should be evaluated by an appropriately trained health care professional.
