ENT evaluation: You need to find an ENT you trust and follow his or her directions to the letter. Chronic sinus disease is difficult to treat and often combines multiple therapies including antibiotics and antibiotic nasal washes, steroids and/or steroid nasal sprays and sometimes surgical intervention. It does not turn around in 3-4 days . Usually takes 6-8 weeks of therapy to adequately treat.

Saline rinse: Is very helpful to overcome sinusitis. It's available over the counter as Saline nasal rinse. Use it 3-4 times daily. A course of antibiotic for 3 weeks may be needed.
