i'm having trouble breathing well/ chest tightness?

Vhst Pain/Tightness: Chest pain with a "tightness" or feeling of pressure upon the chest is common in coronary heart disease. If the amount of tightness for a given amount of activity is increasing over weeks/months, heart disease is more suspect. An early visit to your doctor for a thorough evaluation as to heart disease seems important.
