could i be on wellbutrin (bupropion) if my already taking prozac and lithium?

Combination of meds: I don't know the specifics of your situation, but if you are on fluoxetine and lithium for mood, I would not recommend adding wellbutrin (bupropion). If the mood issues are not well controlled with the combination you are already on, please speak with your provider about dosing options.
