For a broken tooth:: See your dentist to evaluate the tooth and whether or not it can be fixed and saved (and if so, how). Your own dentist can discuss all of this with you.

See your dentist: Any tooth with a root canal becomes brittle and can fracture much easier. You are likely to receive a crown if the tooth is significantly broken down. There is only so much tooth that can break off before the tooth is no longer saveable and restorable. Call your dentist for an appointment.
