Macadamian nuts: macadamian nuts i'v heard many swear by (2grams net carbs per serving). As an aside, when you don't spike your' insulin with the sugar loads then leptin (the satiety hormone) will operate properly and you don't need willpower. I often illustrate Nutritional Ketosis to my patients by saying that when in ketosis you could live in a Krispy Creme Donut and not be tempted to eat one.
