Go get help: Your symptoms may indicate a problem or problems that are anywhere from innocuous to very serious, associated or coincidental. Obviously your problem set is not self-curing. You need a professional examination, possibly imaging, possibly lab tests. Start with your General Physician or Urgent Care, but start now. Please do not put this off.
