She may be right: So get a ct scan or MRI of the brain and you will find the answers and hopefully it will all be clear and your worries would likely be over.

Likely Sinus: Typically headaches and pressure from a brain tumor are worse in the morning or when lying down and improve with standing. If the pressure in your head is only when you're standing it's more likely sinus pressure than a brain tumor.
