Several things: Kidney infection or kidney stone, could be muscular or disc related, if rash develops could be shingles. See your doc to evaluate and examine. Thx.

Facet joints: The low back facet joints are the gliding joints (discs are the shock absorbers). The facets can get inflammed and cause a burning symptom across the low back. Reduce or temporarily stop your running (try stationary bike for awhile) and use some antiinflammatory medication. If it stays painful after 2-4 weeks see a spine doctor.
