See ophthalmologist: Acute and painless rules out corneal abrasion or acute angle closure glaucoma attack. If no discomfort in bright lights than uveal inflammation is unlikely. This leaves us with a whole list of retinal possibilities. The twitching suggests stress and combined with blurry vision suggests csr (central serrous retinopathy)..... But it also could be a retinal detachment so go and be checked quickly.

See eye MD: Sudden blurry vision needs a medical evaluation. See an ophthalmologist soon.
