Are you dehydrated? Does dizziness occur on sudden standing up? It could be orthostatic hypotension, with drop in blood pressure. On the other hand, you may have a virus and possibly labirynthitis if you also have sensation of vertigo. You must check blood pressure, pulse, temperature and describe more in detail what you feel and is this intermittent or constant?
