Oral Contraceptive: In general, the withdrawal bleeding period on oc pills last less than one week. You take one pill at the same time each day for three weeks then there is one week of placebo pills, during which time you bleed. Take one pill daily. Do not forget and do not double up. There may be spotting the first 3 months , which is normal while your body adjusts.
