I've mid ovulatory spotting which disappears when i take fortified b6 and vitamins, minerals pills. it happens when i am in stress. is this normal?

Not normal: Bleeding between periods is not considered normal. However in a young and otherwise healthy woman, i'm not very worried. Nonetheless, at some point i would see your gynecologist for an evaluation. Irregular bleeding can be from polyps, fibroids, infections, or hormone changes. It's worth getting it checked out.
