Sneezing: We sometimes will develop sneezing when going from one environment to another, warm to cold or cold to warm in your situation. Some people will sneeze when they come out into bright light, as in leaving a movie theater. It is not an allergy though.

Weather: May be weather, dust or pollen as well as cold air.
Dr. John Chiu

Inflamed nose: This usually means that your nose is inflamed (allergy being one of the causes) and thus reacting to sudden changes in environmental factors or strong scent. When the cause is unknown, we call it vasomotor rhinitis. Consult an allergist if you suspect allergens being a trigger.
