Lesion is hepatoma: Diagosis on work up of cancer of abdominal or lungs lesions is defined by cat scan or MRI of liver. Can be confirmed by pet scan. Biopsy defines whether lesion is primary hepatoma or metastatic tumor. Hepatoma is usually the result of cirrhosis or hep c.
