Medical evaluation needed: A urinalysis would confirm if blood is present in the urine. For the pelvic or abdominal pain and ultrasound study or possible plane ct scan may be necessary pending thorough evaluation by a primary care physician, urologist or urgent care. These symptoms may be suggestive of a urinary tract stone most likely in the ureter.
