could you tell me why my husband has been suffering from gastritis for few days, he has watery stool followed by bleeding?

Dr. Charles Cattano
38 years experience Gastroenterology
Considerations...: Gastroenteritis is typically an inflammation of the stomach & bowel, most commonly due to an ingested infectious agent (viral, bacterial, parasitic). He should be aware of kitchen hygiene in preparing foods for others, when in public spaces avoid touching common surfaces, carry disinfectant or wash hands frequently to avoid transmission. See doc if persistent, stools contain blood, or dehydrated.
