Hot compresses: Depending on the size and cause, frequent hot compresses are a good first step to increase blood flow and encourage drainage. If it doesn't resolve or if symptoms worsen or vision is affected, then recommend seeing your primary care doctor or eye doctor for consideration of the need for antibiotics.
