Tailbone pain: Coccyx pain can be difficult to treat. Since sitting and walking all involve the coccyx, it is a difficult body part to rest. If you are sure the treatments you have received have been ineffective, there remains one other more invasive treatment. It is called a coccygectomy. It is a small operation and when done by a qualified surgeon can be very effective in relieving tail bone pain. Good luck.

Need MRI : After all the treatments without results recommend imaging of pelvix and sacral spine with MRI and close evaluation by spine surgeon or physiatrist.
