I suffer from bad anxiety and i was on medication for it but i found out i was pregnant and stop taking it , is there medication safe to take to help?

Best not to.: It is best not to take any medications when you are pregnant. You might want to try psychotherapy and learn how to do relaxation techniques or non-medication ways of dealing with your anxiety, especially the first trimester. If you have to, a small amount of Clonazepam , since the other benzodiazepines are schedule c, which can cause congenital defects.
