Ligaments Lax?: You are young to have an arthritic condition causing sx. Pain in knees is probably related to kneecaps, especially if pain also with stairs. Elbow and/or wrist pain could also be due to hyper laxity of ligaments. There are some disorders that should be ruled out by a rheumatologist w/blood work, exam and x-rays. Otherwise, be assured that physical therapy and time will help.
